Taking Care of Business
I had the opportunity to represent my company at a national Boot Barn managers meeting recently. I was sent to Las Vegas with two huge suitcases of jeans and odd shaped marketing to carry through the airport. We were there to showcase and present new styles to store managers from around the country.
My favorite thing about was hearing the feedback from the managers. Reading online reviews in my cubicle could only give me so much information, but having real conversations with our customers was priceless. This information allowed me to go the work the next day, and use it to better the customer experience.
