Strategic Plan - MBAD 675

This strategic plan was created for OneWorld Apparel in my strategic management MBA class taught by Dr. Jeff Mchugh at Biola University. It allowed to apply my coursework to my job and improve our customer strategy and covers 5 key components: Strategy Development, Strategy Analysis, Strategy Formulation, Strategy Implementation, and Strategy Monitoring. This project allowed a semesters worth of analysis to be succiently put together in a presentation that was delivered by me in the interactive VoiceThread below.

This project resulted in a deeper understanding of our customer and what she wants, specific planned objectives to work towards, and a 25% growth in e-commerce sales a month after implementation.
